Each piece here is the only one of itself. Named, not numbered. Each comes with its question and its maker’s name, and without instructions.

Double-boxed, floating.
Each piece is wrapped and boxed, then suspended inside a second box with padding on every face. It never touches an outer wall.
A photo, then we make it right.
Send a photograph of the damage and we’ll refund you or offer a replacement. The policy is written down before the first piece ships.
Every join and rim, checked.
Irregular is intended; weak is not. Handles, joins and rims are inspected by hand, and wherever a piece can hold water its interior is fully glazed.
