Shipping

Every piece ships from Massachusetts to addresses in the United States. It is wrapped and boxed, and that box is suspended inside a larger box with padding on every face, so it never touches an outer wall. Shipping is included in the adoption price.

If it arrives broken

Email a photograph of the piece and the box to hello@momowoostudio.com within [7] days of delivery. We’ll refund you in full, or offer a replacement from the same family if you’d rather wait for one.

Irregular is intended

Every piece is made by hand, so marks, speckles and small asymmetries are part of it. Handles, joins and rims are inspected before anything ships; if something is structurally wrong, that is on us, not you.

Care

Wherever a piece can hold water, its interior is fully glazed. [Care notes for your clay and glazes: hand-wash or dishwasher, microwave, food contact.]
